MAXAR AG looks back on a successful fiscal year 2025. In a market environment that continued to be characterized by increased construction costs, demanding financing conditions, and restrained investor demand, the company was able to further consolidate its position as a reliable project developer. All projects currently in sales were fully sold, all construction projects are proceeding according to plan, and the pipeline was significantly expanded through several targeted land acquisitions. In total, over 150,000 square meters of living space are currently under development. Strong sales in a challenging environment “The fact that we were able to fully place all projects in 2025 as well is a clear sign of the quality of our products and the trust of our partners,” says Dr. Mario Weißkopff, CEO of MAXAR AG. “In a market where many projects were postponed or discontinued, we rely on solid locations, efficient planning, and economically viable concepts.” Progress on the construction site – two projects handed over six months early A special result of the year 2025 was the complete early completion of two projects in the Magdeburg area. Both were handed over free of defects six months before the agreed completion date. All other ongoing construction projects continue to move within the projected time and cost framework despite complex framework conditions. Land acquisitions strengthen the development base With five new land purchases, MAXAR AG was able to further expand its stable project pipeline for the coming years: a plot with building permission for 260 residential units in Berlin-Spandau, a plot with building permission for 130 residential units in Elstal near Berlin, an area in the northern Berlin suburbs with a legally binding development plan for approx. 600 residential units, two plots in the southern Berlin suburbs, each with potential for approx. 400 residential units. This prepares the sales launch of approx. 2,000 residential units starting in 2026 – a significant contribution to residential development in the capital region. Planning development in Schkeuditz Another important step was the development plan for an entire quarter with approx. 400 residential units, developed jointly with the city of Schkeuditz, which was unanimously approved on November 27. With this resolution, the way is clear for the construction of barrier-free apartments according to the latest energy standards. The granting of building permits is expected shortly. Outlook “Our results show that clear location strategies, reliable processes, and sustainable project development have an impact even under difficult market conditions,” says Dr. Mario Weißkopff. “With a well-filled pipeline and stable construction projects, we look forward to the year 2026 with great confidence.”

Other projects in the Berlin region – Maxar acquires more land
A plot of land in Teltow was successfully acquired in December 2023. This strategic move enables Maxar to further expand its vision of modern living in the region. The construction of around 120 sustainable apartments is planned on the acquired plot in Teltow, which will offer a mix of comfort, style and functionality. A second plot is located in the attractive neighbourhood of Zossen. Here, Maxar is planning to develop 44 semi-detached houses to the highest energy standards, promising modern living in a harmonious environment. Both projects are in line with Maxar's commitment to creating high-quality, sustainable living spaces that meet the needs and expectations of residents and owners. Construction is scheduled to start at the end of 2024. This expansion underlines Maxar's ambition to provide innovative housing solutions and further consolidate its leading position in the real estate sector.

MAXAR AG announces the acquisition of another plot of land. The site is located in Biederitz near Magdeburg and offers an ideal location for modern and sustainable living. In addition to being a quiet environment and its proximity to nature, there are shopping facilities and public transport readily available in the immediate vicinity. The planned apartments are to be built in an energy-efficient manner and meet the requirements of contemporary living. Despite the generally tense environment in the construction industry, MAXAR AG is continuing to build on schedule! The underground car park has already been built and the structural work has reached the third floor. We are looking forward to installing the windows soon.

Sustainability firmly in sight
A firm focus on sustainability. MAXAR AG has been a member of the German Association for Sustainable Building (DGNB) since 19 April 2023. In future, our projects will be developed and implemented with an even clearer focus on sustainability. This includes energy-efficient construction as well as the promotion of e-mobility and the conservation of resources at various levels. With our membership, we maintain and develop an active network in the construction and real estate industry with the aim of promoting ideas for sustainable construction.

Construction progress in Falkensee on schedule
Following the successful sales launch in March 2022, construction has now started on schedule! MAXAR AG is thus creating the basis for a smooth construction process and punctual handover of the apartments to the purchasers. The residents of Falkensee are also delighted about the start of construction work. The building, which will feature a modern design and energy-efficient fittings, will provide urgently needed living space for the growing community. The project includes both 1-bedroom apartments with practical layouts and large 4-bedroom apartments, as well as amenities such as a playground and an underground car park with charging stations for electric vehicles.

Construction progress in Falkensee on schedule
Despite the generally tense environment in the construction industry, MAXAR AG is continuing to build on schedule! The underground parking garage has already been built and structural work has reached the height of the third floor. The work is therefore on schedule and completion of the project in Falkensee is planned for next year. The apartments are designed to meet the highest environmental standards and are therefore not only sustainable but also energy-efficient. MAXAR AG uses state-of-the-art technologies and materials to create an optimal living environment. There is already great interest in the apartments and only a few units are still available. MAXAR AG looks forward to offering residents a new home soon.
